Glenn brings over 20 years of solid business and production expertise to our clients. With experience on four continents and throughout the United States, he’s produced hundreds of corporate videos and graphics, staged events and training tools. As a Producer he’s led creative teams for clients such as ConocoPhillips, FrontPoint Security, the National Association of Chain Drug Stores, GlaxoSmithKline, the American Beverage Association, the Outdoor Advertising Association of America, the National Association of Convenience Stores, the American Public Transportation Association, the American Trucking Association, the U.S. Army, as well as the Global Business Travel Association. Glenn has produced hundreds of successful projects and has won numerous awards for his work. He enjoys being personally involved in every project.
Chief Operations Officer & Co-Founder
Bonnie is responsible for engagement-level oversight for Avid’s clients. She ensures that all projects/events have a positive return for stakeholders and sponsors. Bonnie began her career in the meetings industry the day before 9/11 at Leading Authorities, Inc. After 9/11 the event industry took a big hit, but Bonnie’s contribution had a direct impact on LAI’s sustainability. She leads teams in both Event Production and Talent Acquisition. Her portfolio of projects is international in scope including Mexico, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia Pac, Middle East, Europe and the Americas. With 17 years of project management and leadership experience, Bonnie has served clients in Legal, IT and Government, Association and Oil and Gas industries.
Event Project Manager
Lilly brings over ten years of event production experience for corporate and association clientele to include private award dinner functions, brand launches and annual conventions (500 to 15,000 attendees). She has worked with creative teams in producing events, videos and graphics for clients such as the Global Business Travel Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, Barnes & Noble, the Outdoor Advertising Association of America, Circuit City, True Value Company, and Recruitment Marketplace. In addition, she has strong talent production experience managing logistics and riders from A-list talents, VVIP speakers, to Elvis Presley impersonators. She plays multiple roles as event producer, talent manager, media production manager, and backstage manager with supreme grace, delivering results with utmost quality.

An award-winning creative director, producer and communicator for almost 20 years, Matt has worked closely with Fortune 500 companies, international associations and a wide variety of organizations in almost every industry vertical. Matt creates and produces outstanding marketing videos, government outreach videos, videos to kick-off conferences, major product launches, and corporate wide training events. His excellent grasp of multimedia technology makes him one of the industry’s most sought after designers. He is customer focused and delivers extremely high quality content -- on time. Even under the most intense pressure, Matt always has a positive, "can-do" attitude.
John (Flash) Falke
For over 12 years, John (Flash) has designed for a variety of mediums including print, web, live productions and video. Flash has had great success connecting brands to core markets. Having designed for brands such as the Naval Research Laboratory, the Global Business Travel Association, the Veteran’s Administration, Valeo’s Pizza, and Fairfax Community Church, Flash has proven to be a fresh source of creativity in partnering with clients, agencies and many other companies to provide relevant solutions that connect with large audiences. Flash is a full service designer and producer who not only provides amazing print and web work, but great identity and branding development and stage and video design.
