Cassettes are still a great format especially if you would like SMPTE timecoded transcripts.  We're able to stamp your documents with exact time codes at every question, comment or paragraph.

MP3 Audio file Uploaded to Our FTP Site with Simple Instructions
Want your transcipt fast?  Then use an MP3 recorder or encode your audio files and simply upload them to our web site.  This can result in faster than "real" audio time with our multiple transcribers working at the same time to output your transcriptions.

Any Video, Cassette, Digital or Older Format You Have
Is your audio recording on DVD or VHS (with or without burnt-in timecode) BetaSP, miniDV, DigiBeta?  We can transfer it to a digital format that will work.
